Shipping

We usually deliver in 12-48 hours. Delivery by EMS, it usually takes 5-10 business days to arrive.

A tracking No. of the parcel will be sent to you after delivered, you may track it online.

Shipping fee is $ 9.99 per order (will convert to other currency base on your choise), no matter how many pairs you purchase in the order.

The shipping fee will be auto-added in the grand total when you send payment.

Return

Returns or exchanges are permitted, provided the customer purchased the product through website and it is within 5 days of the receiving date.

Shoes must be in original, unworn, dead stock ondition, with original packing. Dirty shoes will be returned to the customer, without evaluation.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All packages should be sent via a trackable method, such as US Mail Delivery Confirmation, UPS, or Federal Express. UGG-mall is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
